WVUSD Child Care & Preschool Programs

Welcome to the WVUSD Child Care (ELO-P) & Preschool Program online registration portal. 

Before beginning, we would like to include a brief outline of the registration process.

• If you are a new user, you will create an account profile. Click the "Enroll Now" button below to begin registration.
• Only the questions in an orange box with an asterisk (*) are required.
• After you create a profile, you will be asked to add a minimum of three (3) emergency contacts/authorized pick-ups. All emergency contacts/authorized pick-ups must be at least 18 years old.
• After creating a profile, you may begin the registration process.
• The system will not save your progress or responses if you are idle for more than 15 mins or if you exit the page.
• After completing this form, payment for the registration fee must be remitted by the due date as noted in the email. 
• This child care contract request does not guarantee placement in the program; all registrations are pending until approved by program administration. Please allow up to 3 business days for the contract to be reviewed.
• A confirmation email will be sent when the enrollment contract is accepted. 

Before proceeding with this part of the registration process, you must complete Step 1 of the registration by filling out the pre-registration form at www.wvusd.org/childcare. Any contracts submitted without a pre-registration request will NOT be processed.
