WVUSD Child Care & Preschool Programs

Welcome to the WVUSD Child Care (ELO-P) & Preschool Program online registration portal. Before beginning, we would like to include a brief outline of the registration process. If you are a new user, you will create an account profile. Click the "Enroll Now" button below to begin registration. Only the questions in an orange box with an asterisk (*) are required. After you create a profile, you will be asked to add a minimum of three (3) emergency contacts/authorized pick-ups. All emergency contacts/authorized pick-ups must be at least 18 years old. After creating a profile, you may begin the registration process. The system will not save your progress or responses if you are idle for more than 15 mins or if you exit the page. After completing this form, payment for the registration fee must be remitted by the due date as noted in the email. This child care contract request does not guarantee placement in the program; all registrations are pending until approved by program administration. Please allow up to 3 business days for the contract to be reviewed. A confirmation email will be sent when the enrollment contract is accepted. Before proceeding with this part of the registration process, you must complete Step 1 of the registration by filling out the pre-registration form at www.wvusd.org/childcare. Any contracts submitted without a pre-registration request will NOT be processed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
